Homeschool Families Meetup

Come to the library to meet other homeschool families in a casual setting. We’ll have toys and games in the room for children to enjoy. This is not a drop-off program; parents and kids stay together. For parents who homeschool. Their children (all ages) and teens are welcome too. No registration required.

How to Get Started on Your Family Tree

Led by expert Genealogy instructor and former Plano resident Marilyn Toole. Marilyn is a direct descendant of Ruben Hunt, one of our original settlers. This event is co-hosted by the Plano Historical Society. After the program, everyone is invited to tour the Historical Society’s museum at 4 S. West Street. No registration required.
