Yoga for Teens 7:00 p.m.

Teens will learn yoga poses to develop flexibility, focus, and how to breath and relax. Led by Cheyanne Diaz of Ultimate Dance on the Move. Yoga mats will be provided. Limit: 25. For students entering grades 6-12. Parents and younger siblings may wait in the Kids’ Library during the program. Call 630-552-2025 to register.
